Characteristics
The Shur-Loc® E-Z 23" × 31" 125 Series Frame – No Mesh is a professional screen printing frame designed specifically with garment decorators in mind. Its lightweight construction and 1.25-inch profile provide an economical way to build or expand a screen inventory while taking advantage of the reusable Shur-Loc E-Z tensioning system.
Unlike conventional static frames where mesh is permanently glued to the frame, the E-Z system uses removable fabric panels and tension bars. This allows shops to stretch mesh in-house, remove it when necessary, and reuse the frame with compatible E-Z mesh panels. Shur-Loc states that E-Z screens can be stretched in approximately 2–3 minutes.
The 125 Series features watertight welded corners and flat rectangular tube construction. The flat profile provides a secure clamping surface and is designed to fit screen printing presses without requiring special frame adapters.
This version is supplied without mesh, allowing the printer to select a compatible 23" × 31" E-Z fabric panel based on the mesh count and thread specification required for the application.

- Select the mesh count and thread diameter according to the ink system, artwork detail, desired ink deposit, and substrate being printed.
