Flash Dryers
A screen printing flash dryer (or "flash cure unit") is a piece of equipment used in screen printing to quickly partially cure or gel the ink between printing colors, especially in multi-color designs.
Why it's important:

Prevents color bleeding or smudging when printing multiple layers.

Helps with registration (alignment) by locking the first layers in place.

Essential when printing light colors over dark, so the underbase layer is gelled before adding the top colors.
