Overview
The Premium Allied Grid-Lock (PAGL) 30 x 10 cm (12" x 4") Dual Orientation hoop fits ZSK machines with a 400 mm sewing field and can be run horizontally or vertically, depending on your machine's sewing field and arm spacing. Run it vertically for long sleeves, pant legs and hoodie pockets, or horizontally for full front chest, across-the-back and other short, wide designs.
Straight-edge lips with alignment marks along all four inside walls, plus patented grid lines on the hoop face, help your operators hoop square with the garment. The double height inner hoop and the extra-long 79 mm adjustment screw give a firm grip and a wide opening for thicker garments.

Dual Orientation
Use it horizontally or vertically, depending on your machine's sewing field and arm spacing. Vertical suits long sleeves, pant legs and hoodie pockets; horizontal suits full front chest, across-the-back and other short, wide designs. -
Patented Grid-Lock Alignment Grid
Built-in horizontal and vertical grid lines on the hoop face, spaced 1 cm apart and labeled with numbers and letters, give a quick check that the garment is hooped straight (U.S. Patent No. 6,298,800). -
Straight-Edge Lips
Straight-edge lips with 1 cm line markings run along all four sides of the inner hoop window to help you hoop square with the garment. -
Radial Dots and Inner Wall Lines
Dot marks around the embroidery window and vertical lines around the inside wall of the inner hoop add more reference points for placement without marking the garment. -
Double Height Inner Hoop
The taller inner hoop gives more gripping surface for a tighter hold on the fabric than a single height frame, and adds strength. -
79 mm Bolt-Style Adjustment Screw
The extra-long 79 mm (3 1/8") external screw has a knurled, slotted head. It opens the hoop wider for thick garments and turns by hand or with a flat head screwdriver. -
T and L Markings
Marks on the hoop tab show which way to turn the screw to tighten or loosen. -
Engineered Plastic, Textured Finish
Allied's proprietary plastic composition is built for strength and flexibility, and the non-slip surface texture helps keep tension even across the hooped area.
